- Once work has started, payments are non-refundable, as project resources and development time have already been allocated.
- If a client cancels before work begins (within 48 hours of payment), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus administrative and planning costs.
- If TapForge LLC cancels a project before completion, we will issue a fair refund proportional to the work not yet performed.
All project milestones, revisions, and deliverables are clearly communicated during the development process.
We encourage clients to review each stage carefully before final approval.
3. Ongoing Services and Subscriptions
For ongoing services (such as maintenance, hosting, or support plans):
- You may cancel any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
If a recurring payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Non-Delivery or Technical Issues
